PALEO ROTI / CHAPATHI

USAGE

  • Take adequate quantity of the Roti Flour & salt to taste.
  • Add water and make a paste like Chapppti Dough
  • Allow it to settle for atleast 5 minutes (preferable 30 mts)
  • Take a small quantity of dough and make small balls, like you make a rolling chappathi
  • Spread a parchment Paper on a flat surface or stool for rolling chappathi
  • Put the Roti flour rolled into a small balls on top of it
  • Spread one more Parchment paper on top of the ball of flour
  • Press the Roti ball either with your palm or a chappathi roller and make a flat Roti
  • Put a Tava in the burner. Add ghee or oil for your taste. Wait till the Tawa is hot.
  • Remove the Parchment Paper on top and transfer the Roti directly from the parchment paper at the bottom to the Tava.
  • Roast the Roti to the required level of crispness
  • Remove from Tava and eat with your favorite Chutney.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take desired quantity of powder and roast it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  • Add water and cook it
  • Add salt, vegetables, chilly powder & onion to taste

CAULI RICE

  • You can Sambar Rice, Curd Rice, Biriyani etc.
  • Preparation method is the same as cooking with rice-execept where you replace rice with Cauli Rice

COOKING CAULI FRIED RICE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once cumin seeds start to pop up add ginger and garlic paste.
  • Immediately add chopped onion and sauté them till translucent.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add finely grated carrots and mushroom. Then cook it till the vegetables are well cooked
  • Add salt, garam masals, red chilli powder to taste and mix in the masals
  • Finely add cauliflower rice, mix and cover the pan
  • Cook for 5 Minutes and serve the cauliflower fried rice hot
  • Top them with fried cashew and some chopped coriander and serve with yogurt.

COOKING INSSTRUCTIONS

  • Take Plain Coconut Chips in a container
  • Add little coconut oil
  • Add salt, chilli powder & Turmeric powder to taste
  • Shake well till the coconut chips are well mixed with the ingredients
  • Microwave for 2-3 minutes till the chips become crispy
  • Alternately Roast it in low flame using a Tawa for 5-10 minutes till the chips become crispy.

 

PALEO IDLI MIX

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take 50g of Low Carb Idly Mix
  • Mix 50 ml water
  • Add salt to taste
  • Knead the flour to make a dough like chapathi dough
  • Allow the dough to settle for 5 mins
  • Fill the dough in Idly plate
  • Cook it in an Idly Cooker / Normal Cooker for 10 mins
  • Tasty Low Carb Idly ready
  • Enjoy it with your favorite Chutney
